Your agency is formally invited to join the Arkham Investigators League. Come, join us in the parlor as we swap tales of eldritch beings and thwarted oblivion.
Open InvestigationJoin the DiscordThe Arkham Investigators League takes the branching narrative of an Arkham Horror LCG campaign and asks "how well did you win?" or "how badly did you lose?" by comparing your results against other agencies playing the same campaign. We use measurable stats like Agenda and Act progress along with Investigator damage, horror, and XP. Results are shared at the conclusion of each scenario along with Campaign and Overall ratings.

Set-up will follow the standard rules printed in the official rule books with minimal to no adjustments needed. Be sure to check the Open Investigations section to be sure you're following the proper constraints. Your Agency will be completing a single attempt at each Scenario and tracking your Campaign progress as you go.
You will play with one to four investigators, sticking together for the entire campaign unless someone is killed or goes insane. The available Investigators for each Campaign will be listed in Open Investigations above. The Primary Investigator must be used, followed by the Secondary Investigators. If all Secondary Investigators are claimed, you can start using the Tertiary Investigators. Players can play up to two Investigators, each. So, a 2-player Agency can complete a 2, 3, or 4-player campaign or they can even play a 1-player campaign if an Agency member sits this one out.
The latest reporting page can be found below the Open Investigations section and should be filled out after the completion of each Scenario. The entire campaign is open to submissions starting day 1 and the submission form has a "Save" button in the bottom right corner of each page so you can leave and pick up where you left off. Each Scenario has a deadline which can be found under Open Investigation. If you miss a deadline, your Agency will be considered defeated for the remaining Scenarios in the Campaign. You can play through your campaign as slowly or as quickly as you wish, assuming you meet each Scenario's Deadline. Results of each Scenario will be shared in the following days, pending my availability.
At the end of each Scenario, I'll release Scenario Rankings, Campaign Rankings, and Overall Rankings on the Discord. We use what's referred to as "Themed Scoring" to determine scores and rankings. Think of scoring like a Yelp! rating for your Investigation Agency where you are graded by your clients and compared to other local Investigation Agencies.
Agenda Score = Act Score > Investigator Score > XP
Any officially released card can be used assuming you are following the proper deck-building constraints of your investigator. At this time there is no penalty or bonus regarding the use or avoidance of Taboo cards. This will be re-evaluated in the future.
Not at this time. Don't worry though. Campaigns will come and go with time.
Using the "Save and Continue" function of the submission form should give you the ability to go back and edit mistakes. If a mistake is notices after the deadline, reach out to InnsmouthBear.
Everyone has their own personal feelings on this issue. Some replay the scenario until they are comfortable. Others dive right in acknowledging the chaos of Arkham Horror and accepting it as part of the experience. There is no set in stone rule other than when playing an official match, play it to the end and do not turn a practice match into an official match just because it's going well. Official matches should be played in their entirety knowing that it is an official match.
An Agency is a group of 1-4 Arkham Investigators League members who work together to face the unknown and the unknowable. An agency must be formed in order to enter the Arkham Investigators League.
An Agency plays together through each Campaign and has their score tracked throughout. Not every player is required to join every campaign. If a player is not able to play in a Scenario from time to time, the other members of the Agency can fill their spot in order to maintain the number of investigators across each Scenario in a Campaign. The same Agency could play a 2-player game in one Campaign and a 4-player game in a future campaign as long as they stick to the same number of investigators across a single campaign.
Agencies are open to all and required to start entering results in the Arkham Investigators League.
